FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 8--8 shown in FIG. 7.

FIG. 9 is a bottom perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a top perspective view of the rectangular lampshade showing the environment of the invention.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 10 are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design for a rectangular lampshade, as shown and described.
