FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image of FIG. 6.

The lighter contrast of an automobile in the photographs is shown to illustrate environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a rear portion of an automobile and/or toy replica thereof, as shown and described.
