FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top perspective view of the ice cube tray of the combined lid and ice cube tray; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view of the lid of the combined lid and ice cube tray.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a combined lid and ice cube tray, as shown and described.
