FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view of the notebook as oriented in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view of the notebook as oriented in FIG. 3, representative contents of the notebook being illustrated in dotted lines and not forming part of the invention;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the notebook as illustrated in FIG. 1, but in its opened configuration representative contents of the notebook being illustrated in dotted lines and not forming part of the invention;

FIG. 7 is a front plan view of the opened notebook illustrated in FIG. 6, representative contents of the notebook being illustrated in dotted lines and not forming part of the invention;
