The outer broken line in each of the figures is included for the purpose of illustrating a display panel and forms no part of the claimed design. The text and images of FIGS. 1 and 2 shown in broken lines, and within the outer broken lines, are for included for purposes of illustrating unclaimed environment for the icon image.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a portion of a display panel with an icon image for displaying content, as shown and described.
