FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the left end thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the right end thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof.

The back of the block does not form a part of the design.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a concrete block simulating natural stone, as shown and described.
