FIG. 5 is a right side view of the controller for an ophthalmic instrument as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a plan view of the controller for an ophthalmic instrument as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the controller for an ophthalmic instrument as shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the user interface for ophthalmic instrument thereof which is taken from the direction of arrow A in FIG. 5, but shown without the broken lines for ease of illustration.

The broken line showing of portions of an ophthalmic instrument is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
