FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a water spa comprised of a spa shell and a base with side panels disposed between them showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a upper perspective view thereof shown with the side panels removed for ease of illustration showing the spa shell, spa base, and vertical support members disposed between the spa shell and spa base;

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of the spa shell portion of the water spa of FIG. 1 with the spa base and side panels shown removed for ease of illustration;

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view of the spa shell portion of the water spa of FIG. 1 with the spa base and side panels shown removed for ease of illustration; and,

FIG. 7 is a side view of the spa shell portion of the water spa of FIG. 4 with the spa base and side panels shown removed for ease of illustration.

The appearances of the left, right and rear sides of the water spa are the same as that of the front side of the water spa shown in FIG. 3. The appearances of the left, right and rear sides of the shell of the water spa are the same as that of the front side of the shell of the water spa, shown in FIG. 7.
