FIG. 6 is a right side elevation view;

FIG. 7 is a top view with two media dumps; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view with two media dumps.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a plastic media filled end cap for use with a mobility wall, force protection, as shown and described.
