Description



The exercise disk in the instant application is used for performing sliding type exercises.

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of an exercise disk showing the new design;

FIG. 2 is a side plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view through line 4--4 of FIG. 3.
