FIG. 7 is a plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an underneath plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a side view thereof, with lever shown in an alternative position.

CLAIM The ornamental design for a dispenser for dispensing a fluid into a nasal cavity, as shown and described.
