FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a rotating anti-theft tag for an electronic article surveillance device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being identical to the front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 1, the left side elevational view being identical to the right side elevational view.

CLAIM The ornamental design for rotating anti-theft tag, as shown and described.
