FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view of the actuator;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view of the actuator;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view of the actuator;

FIG. 6 is a view looking upwardly at the actuator from below; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the actuator.

The broken-lines of FIGS. 1 through 7 depict assembly components as well as mounting hardware used to attach the actuator to other components of a lifting device. These broken line features are depicted for illustrative purposes only, and form no part of the claimed design.
