FIG. 9 is a cross sectional view thereof taken along line 9--9 shown in FIG. 1.

The broken lines showing a shoe upper in FIGS. 2-5 along with the broken lines in the cross-section shown in FIG. 8 represent portions of the design that form no part of the claim.
