FIG. 3 is a left side view of the medallion shown in FIG. 1, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view of the medallion shown in FIG. 1 as shown on an item of footwear;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the medallion shown in FIG. 1 as shown on an item of footwear; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear perspective view of the medallion shown in FIG. 1 as shown on an item of footwear.

The broken line showing of the entire shoe is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
