FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a football helmet shaped cooler-carrier showing my new design; wherein the phantom lines form no part of the design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the football helmet-shaped cooler-carrier with handle extended;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof with handle collapsed;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of FIG. 1; the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a left side view with cooler helmet open and handle collapsed;

FIG. 6 is a top view of FIG. 5; wherein the phantom lines form no part of the design; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the football helmet-shaped cooler-carrier with helmet opened and handle extended; wherein the phantom lines form no part of the design.
