FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the bladder with tethered top and hose:

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the tether shown separately for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 4 is side elevational view of the bladder, the other side being exactly the same and with the cap, tether, and hose removed for convenience of illustration.

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the flask cap shown separately for convenience of illustration; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the flask cap.

CLAIM I claim the ornamental design of a bladder with a tethered top and hose, as shown and described.
