FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the cap and handle with a stem of a manual milk frother of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of the cap and handle with a stem of a manual milk frother of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view of the cap and handle with a stem of a manual milk frother of FIG. 6, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom view of the cap and handle with a stem of a manual milk frother of FIG. 6.

The bottom view is omitted in FIGS. 1 to 5 since the bottom of the cap and stem is unornamented in the first embodiment. The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1-11 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

CLAIM We claim the ornamental design for a cap and a handle with a stem of a manual milk frother, as shown and described.
