FIG. 1 is a perspective view of one odd of a pair of shoe outsoles, showing our new design. The 2.sup.nd odd, which is a mirror image of FIGS. 1-6, is not shown for convenience of illustration. And the broken lines showing a shoe upper represent the portion of the design that forms no part of the claim.

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view of the shoe outsole and midsole of this invention;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the shoe outsole and midsole of this invention;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view of the shoe outsole and midsole of this invention;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of the shoe outsole and midsole of this invention; and,

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view of the shoe outsole and midsole of this invention.
