FIG. 1 is an upper right perspective view of our new backguard/control panel design for a cooking appliance;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged, upper right perspective view of the backguard/control panel of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the backguard/control panel of FIGS. 1 and 2;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the backguard/control panel of the invention; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view of the backguard/control panel of the invention, with the left side view being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines showing an overall appliance cabinet, cooktop, control knobs, oven door and handle details, and lower front storage drawer are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed invention.
