FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along section line VI--VI in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the tether portion of the top as shown in FIG. 1, shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a cross sectional view of the tether portion of the top taken along section line IX--IX in FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of the top shown in FIG. 1, shown without the bottle and tether for clarity of illustration;
