FIG. 8 is a rear elevation of the second embodiment;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the second embodiment;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of the second embodiment; and,

FIG. 11 is a side elevation of the second embodiment, the opposite side is a mirror image of FIG. 11.
