FIG. 5 is a left end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top upper side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a lower side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view of a second embodiment thereof; which has a different arrangement of control buttons but is otherwise the same as the first embodiment; and,

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of the second embodiment thereof.
