The part of the dotted area shown on the handles in FIGS. 9 to 22 illustrates that the area has a different surface pattern or color. The part of the handle shown in phantom lines in FIG. 8 depicts the environment of my new design and forms no part of my design.

The ornamental design for a "handle for utensil," as shown and described.
