FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an alternate embodiment of the new cargo belt or band ornamental design similar to that shown in FIG. 1, but also including an extension belt or band having the ornamental design as shown;

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view of FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 10 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 8, the bottom and top plan views being identical to that of FIGS. 4 and 6, respectively, but without the extension belt or band, and the left and right side elevation views being identical to that of FIGS. 5 and 7, respectively, but without the extension belt or band.

The ornamental design for a cargo belt or band, as shown and described.
