This design patent application is related to a utility patent application Ser. No. 10/361,103 titled Footwear With Dual-Density Midsole and Deceleration Zones, filed concurrently and a design patent application Ser. No. 29/175,711 titled Athletic Shoe Sole, filed concurrently.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an athletic shoe upper in accordance with the invention;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the athletic shoe upper of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a pictorial lateral side view of the athletic shoe upper of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a pictorial medial side view of the athletic shoe upper of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a pictorial font end view of the athletic shoe upper of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a pictorial rear end view of the athletic shoe upper of FIG. 1.

The athletic shoe upper shown in FIGS. 1-6 depicts a right shoe. An athletic shoe upper for a left shoe is a mirror image of the right shoe shown in FIGS. 1-6 and is within the scope of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 1-6, depicting a sole, are illustrative of environmental features only and form no part of the claimed design.
