Upon allowance of this application, this appendix may be deleted, to remain a part of this file, and need not be printed as part of such patent as may issue.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof; the left side elevational view thereof being a mirror image of the right side elevational view shown
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a right side perspective view thereof.
