FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, opposite that shown in FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a exploded perspective view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereto; and,

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereto.
