FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the cover of a shoe cream applicator cover shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3. The elevational view of the other side of the cover of a shoe cream applicator is symmetrical to the side elevational view shown in FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 5 is a top elevational view of a cover of a shoe cream applicator cover shown in FIGS. 1-4.
