FIG. 1 is a plan view of a tool handle embodying our design, with a paint roller support frame and an extension pole connector being shown in phantom lines for illustration purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the tool handle;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the tool handle similar to FIG. 1, but showing only the handle itself without the paint roller support frame and the extension pole connector;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of the tool handle as depicted in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of the tool handle as depicted in FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is an elevatonal view of the end of the tool handle opposite from that shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a bottom elevational view of the tool handle as depicted in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 8 is an elevational view of the side of the tool handle opposite from that shown in FIG. 4.
