FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a the combined nightlight and outlet cover with the safety panel cover in place according to my design;

FIG. 2 is a top view of my design;

FIG. 3 is a front view of my design;

FIG. 4 is a right side view of my design which is the mirror image of the left side of my design;

FIG. 5 is a back view of my design;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of my design; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of my design with the safety panel cover having been moved downwardly.

The ornamental design for a combined night light and outlet cover with a safety panel cover, as shown and described.
