FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of an appointment book leaf showing our new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The appointment book leaf is flat and of conventional thickness.

The stippled shading in the drawing indicates color contrasts.

The indicia "2000" depicted by means of broken lines in the upper lefthand corner of FIG. 1 has been shown for illustrative pruposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
