FIG. 7 is a right, top, front perspective view of a second embodiment;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image of the right side shown;

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 11--11 of FIG. 8; and,
