FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the dispensing lid showing a jug in broken line to which the dispensing lid is attached, this broken line element is provided for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof shown at an enlarged scale;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof shown at an enlarged scale;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image of FIG. 3 and as such is not shown herein shown at an enlarged scale; and,

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof shown at an enlarged scale.

The bottom of the dispensing lid forms no part of the claimed design, as it does not provide any ornamental features of the design.
