FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the side portion of a shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showings of the circle shape in the top of the side portion near the ankle collar and the remainder of the shoe in all of the figures are for illustration purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
