Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the prosthesis;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the prosthesis, the opposite side having the identical configuration;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the prosthesis;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the prosthesis;

FIG. 5 is a side view of the prosthesis;

FIG. 6 is a side view of the prosthesis; and,

FIG. 7 is another front view which shows the coloration of the prosthesis achieved by different surface finishes of the prothesis' metal surface. The unshaded areas have a polished surface and a bright metallic appearance. The areas having light horizontal shading have a smooth matt finish and a light grey appearance. The areas having heavy horizontal shading have a rough matt finish and a darker grey appearance than that of the areas having light horizontal shading. The areas having slanted shading have the appearance of translucent plastic.

The ornamental design for a femoral hip stem prosthesis, as shown and described.
