FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view of the monitoring module separated from the sensor cartridge;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of the sensor cartridge separated from the monitoring module;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a combined sensor cartridge for a fluid analyte analyzer and monitoring module, as shown and described.
