FIG. 5 is a top view; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view.

The right side view is the same as a mirror image of the left side view shown in FIG. 2. The broken lines showing the sanding tool are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a miniature sander with two finger throttle, as shown and described.
