FIG. 7 is a side view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view thereof at cross section markings 8 in FIG. 3.

The ornamental design for a tool caddy for a tank type vacuum cleaner, as shown and described.
