FIG. 7 is a top, front, and right side perspective view thereof.
The broken line showing of a toilet lid is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The fragmentary criss-cross pattern shown in FIGS. 1-7 is understood to extend throughout the toilet seat cover.
