FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the ruler shown in FIG. 1, the rear surface thereof being unornamental in design;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the ruler shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the ruler shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view of the ruler shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view of the ruler shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line 7--7 in FIG. 2.

The broken line showing of a flat surface is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
