FIG. 6 is a perspective view, as viewed from the left front thereof, showing the insert in the open position;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof showing the insert in the open position;

FIG. 8 is a left front view of a modified embodiment showing the insert in the open position, the casing being identical to the casing showing in FIGS. 1-7; and,

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 8.
