FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment, the only
difference being the configuration of the applicator tip;
FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a third embodiment, the only
difference being the configuration of the applicator tip;
FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a fourth embodiment, the only
difference being the configuration of the applicator tip;
FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a fifth embodiment, the only
