FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 are respectively left side rear and front elevational views thereof, the right side elevational view being identical to the left side elevational view;

FIG. 7 is a left front perspective view of the base of FIG. 1 shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged top plan view thereof; and

FIGS. 9, 10 and 11 are respectively left side front and rear elevational views thereof, the right side elevational view being identical to the left side elevational view.
