FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof on the scale of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof on the scale of FIG. 4; and

FIG. 8 is a rear view thereof on the scale of FIG. 4.

The hosel end is shown fragmentarily in some figures for ease of illustration.
