FIG. 5 is a front elevational view shown with both the upper and lower caps removed for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof, and;

FIG. 9 is an exploded front elevational view thereof.
