FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is and end elevational view, taken from the right in FIG. 2; and

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view, taken from the left in FIG. 2.

FIGS. 2-6 have been drawn to a reduced scale with respect to FIG. 1.
