FIG. 3 is an enlarged top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged rear elevation view, it being understood that the lower front edge and front interior surface thereof have been omitted for clarity of illustration; and

FIG. 5 is a top, front and side perspective view thereof.
