FIG. 5 is an enlarged rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary horizontal cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 4.

The blade portion has been omitted for convenience of illustration of FIGS. 4-6.
