FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a hanger bracket for attaching a fixture to a ceiling hanger assembly, as shown and described.
